At Colorful Standard, we want you to love your sustainable essentials, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 90 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original condition, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
